Blakeley's handle and dispose of Non Hazardous , Inert (soil and clay), Household, Commercial and Industrial waste. Our recycling facility, that is used for both industrial and domestic waste, enables us to process glass, plastics, cardboard, wood and textiles that minimise the need for landfill.

VEHICLE TYPES AVAILABLE WITHIN OUR FLEET:
 

SKIP SERVICE:  This service works on the basis that a skip is delivered empty, filled by a customer and then either exchanged for an empty one or removed for emptying. Mainly for heavier waste materials such as building and construction waste and householders undertaking building work or clearing out bulky waste.

Containers are sited on a call off basis or on contract hire and can be scheduled for collection or collected on request.  Container sizes: 6 to 16 cubic yards.

 

Front End Loader Service:  This service works on the basis that a vehicle lifts the bin using hydraulic forks fitted to the front of the vehicle, tipping the waste contents and replacing the bin quickly and without the need to remove from site.

This type of vehicle compacts the waste as it is collected and is most suitable for general compactable wastes. Containers are sited with customers on a service contract with an agreed schedule for emptying.

Containers have lockable lids to prevent wind scatter, vandalism and third party use and can easily be moved on sites equipped with fork lifts.  Container sizes: 4 to 10.5 cubic yards.

 

Rear End Loader Service:  This service works on the basis that a vehicle lifts the bins using a hydraulic lift mechanism situated at the rear of the vehicle, tipping the waste contents and replacing the bin quickly and without the need to remove it from site.

This type of vehicle compacts the waste as it is collected and is most suitable for general compactable wastes such as that generated by shops, offices, public houses, restaurants and hospitals. Containers are sited with customers on a service contract with an agreed schedule for emptying.

Wheeled containers can be supplied with closing / lockable lids to prevent wind scatter, vandalism and third party use. Wheeled containers are also suitable for movement around site to maximise efficiency.  Container sizes: 2 to 14 cubic yards.

 

Hooklift Loader Service:  This service works on the basis that a bin is delivered empty, filled by a customer and then either exchanged for an empty one or removed for emptying. Mainly for large volumes of heavier waste materials such as building and construction waste and large industrial, manufacturing and retail locations.

Containers are sited on a call off basis or on contract hire and can be scheduled for collection or collected on request.  Open container sizes: 15 to 50 cubic yards  -  Compactor containers size: 32 cubic yards
