A Front End Loader or FEL, is a vehicle which has two hydraulic forks fitted to the front. These forks fit into channels on the waste containers and lift them over the top of the vehicle, emptying waste into a storage unit at the back. Any waste collected is then compacted using hydraulics.
Containers have lockable lids to prevent wind scatter, vandalism and third party dumping and can easily be moved on site using a fork lift. These containers can be arranged on a service contract with an agreed schedule for emptying.
