Blakeley’s Waste Management is proud to be the main sponsor for this year’s Wish FM Toy Appeal.

The annual campaign, which has recently got underway, asks Wish FM listeners to buy, one additional Christmas present to make a child’s Christmas a little bit special.

Managing Director, Stephen Blakeley commented that, “As a local event, Blakeley’s welcome the opportunity to get involved.”

Stephen added that, “It’s a great honour for the company to be the official main sponsor of this year’s appeal. We have to remember that not all children wake up on Christmas day to lots of presents, some wake up to nothing. The appeal is really easy for people to get involved in and every gift that is donated will really make a difference to a child’s Christmas.”

If you would like to donate a gift this Christmas, collection points are at Boots pharmacy’s across Wigan and surrounding areas. Look out for the specially designed ‘Blakeley Bins’ which have been placed in stores to collect your gifts.
