Training is Key
Rigorous individual training has always been at the forefront of Blakeley’s Business Model. We believe that every member of the team should be kept up to date with all the latest industry developments and legislation, while at the same time receiving regular training on health and safety compliance.
In addition to health and safety training , Blakeley’s drivers have received training to WAMITAB NVQ level 2 in Waste Management Operations to ensure they are fully aware of their duties and how they can affect the environment. Many Drivers have also received CRB Criminal Records Bureau clearance for waste collections at sensitive locations.
